So how did you really do? Tuesday Edition

Sometimes reality bites… we are all human and no matter how good our intentions may be at the beginning of the day. Life gets in the way and we all face temptations! It happens to everyone. leftover shrimp/broccoli slaw stir fry for lunch...Yes
120+ oz. liquids...just about there
added about 1/4 c of pecans...maybe not that many
baked tilapia or flounder and leftover asparagus and corn for dinner...had tilapia and some corn. Wasn't too hungry.
low sugar/low carb apple crisp for snack...thought I didn't want but ended up eating a little.
exercise: lift weights and do sit ups...Yes

Paige, sorry to hear about the car troubles. I had to replace my battery last month, so I can defiantly relate to your frustration. I will say a little prayer for you and hopefully that's all it is.
Well....it's that time. How did I do?
Today's Plan was:
- Prayer & Meditation = YES
- Lots of water = YES
- Healthy Food choices/Planned eating = YES, but I tried to eat too fast a dinner and it's stuck
- Exercise = DONE
- OA Meeting = NOPE
- Get to bed early (I'm no good when I'm tired) = WILL GIVE IT MY BEST SHOT THIS EVENING.

On top of that I think I ate 2000 calories of chocolate today!!!! Not looking forward to getting on the scale tomorrow. The candy was so bad that there isn't any point in even talking about the good choices I made!! NO POINT!!!

2) Keep job searching. YES - 3 jobs applied for and have a great lead for tomorrow
3) Put up some decorations for Christmas. - YES
4) B - did not eat - No way to change this one
5) L - Probably some soup - YES
6) D - either carne asada or beef stew - need hubby to tell me which - YES - ate about 1/2 a cup
7) Finish my last lesson of my last class - NOPE....spent a lot of time setting up appointments (jobs, medical, etc.) and just did not feel up to it.
8) Try to stay warm! - YES - got a fire going, got my sweats on, and cuddling next to my hubby.
Busy day tomorrow - Mike is going to help me remember to eat. (HEY - took my vitamins today - 6th day in a row w/o being reminded!)
