Good morning!  Can you believe it's December?   I can't... seems like I was just saying that about November!!  Cold morning here... wish I could just stay in bed where it's nice and warm!

Plan...

Exercise-  3-4 miles if I don't have to work late
B:  Chai Tea
L: ham and bean soup
D: tilapia
Snacks: Happy Holly bar

Need more fruit, veg and fiber so I am working on that. Must admit I feel really weird posting all I eat since I eat so much! I don't want newbies to think that my eating will be them one day. So to all newbies do NOT base your eating on me. I have special issues and have to eat about 2x what a normal WLS patient needs!

apple
banana
protein drink
tex mex for lunch not sure what yet
sf peanut butter cups (I'm constipated and this works best for me...stop laughing!)
going to Charlestons for dinner...want shrimp cargot!! nom, nom, nom!!!

protein coffee
SBUX 100 calorie drink
120+ oz. liquids
lunch: chef salad w/ light dressing
dinner: chicken/couscou/butternut squash stuff from freezer
snack: low carb/low sugar apple crisp

exercise: ride bike 3+ miles after work

What a crazy day for me!  Can't wait till the weekend for our weekend vacation.  I'm going to school with the hubs tonight so I can grade papers.

Plan...

Exercise- CardioSculpt class and 30 mins of weights (leg day)
B- bacon and egg taco & bean and cheese taco from taco cabana
L- frenchy's fried chicken (1 leg & 1 wing) with a few french fries, a teaspoon of rice, and 2 teaspoons of greens
D- don't know yet.  i would like something healthy because I'm eating like crap today.  maybe chicken fajita salad. 

Today is my sixth month bandiversary.  I wanted to be 50 lbs gone but I'm not quite there.  Had a setback with Thanksgiving and not making wise choices.  I will try to do better but I think 48 lbs lighter is great for me!
