Exercise- CardioSculpt class and 30 mins of weights (leg day)
B- bacon and egg taco & bean and cheese taco from taco cabana
L- frenchy's fried chicken (1 leg & 1 wing) with a few french fries, a teaspoon of rice, and 2 teaspoons of greens
D- don't know yet. i would like something healthy because I'm eating like crap today. maybe chicken fajita salad.
Today is my sixth month bandiversary. I wanted to be 50 lbs gone but I'm not quite there. Had a setback with Thanksgiving and not making wise choices. I will try to do better but I think 48 lbs lighter is great for me!
