Good Morning All,

It's been crazy busy for me, just as I was expecting it to be after being on vacation for a week.  Trying to get back to my routine, which  I NEED desperately.  Over all, I would say I'm doing well and hanging in there as best I can.  Worked up the courage to step on the scale this morning and my numbers are good, so that's a plus.

Time does fly....seems the older I get the faster it goes.

Today's Plan:
- Prayer & Meditation
- Lots of water
- Healthy Food choices/Planned eating
- Exercise
- OA Meeting
- Get to bed early (I'm no good when I'm tired)

Have a nice day,
Lisa

Yeph - today is husband's last day of work, refusing to get down about it. They are going to give him some contract work and I am praying daily. Our kids are grown and the grandbaby will only be a month old - so they understand it is going to be a "hard candy" Christmas!

That said my plan...
1) Keep praying.
2) Keep job searching.
3) Put up some decorations for Christmas.
4) B - did not eat
5) L - Probably some soup
6) D - either carne asada or beef stew - need hubby to tell me which
7) Finish my last lesson of my last class
8) Try to stay warm!

Brr rabbit it's cold!  Where was this yesterday?  I'm going to enjoy it so I can wear my cute new sweater dresses to work (yay).  The semester is winding down and I've got lots of work to do whether it be grading papers, typing up finals for 2 classes, or whatever else my boss decides she wants me to do.
My plan....
B- pumpkin spice protein shake
L- chex mix... I was hungry and didn't want my lean cuisine but I know I have to eat it eventually
D- turkey flautas with black beans and cheese
S- almonds
Workout- got  up early for the cardio step class and it was fun.  had about 20 mins left to do some weights for arms.
