OMG it's DECEMBER!!! Where did this year go?
I am a Carb Addict. I have a really hard time with breakfast because I don't have time to cook in the morning (can't eat for an hour after I get up due to medication) so I eat on the run or at my desk at work.
Any suggestions? I do try to keep boiled eggs in the fridge except when I forget (like last night).

Ideas for breakfast:
yogurt w/grapenuts
bagel thin w/peanut butter
yogurt w/friut
just fruit
protein bar
quaker weight loss oatmeal takes 45sec in micro low sugar some protein, fiber and comes in different flavors
ham & cheese roll ups w/garlic herb cream cheese
refried beans and cheese in a low carb tortilla-make em up in advance and just a min in micro

make some crustless muffin cup size quiche and freeze. Grab one or two and take to work. Put in individual baggies to help be "grab and go". Rather than spend time and money at a fast food restaurant, keep bagel or sandwich thins, toast in toaster or oven (even at work if necessary) and keep lt. cream cheese and ham or smoked turkey or something for control over calories. It will probably have less than something you buy. You could make shakes and freeze like Steph does.
Most of the time (not always) I drink all morning and don't eat solids until lunch. It gives me control and allows me to get in my liquids I need and then I can eat more once afternoon/evening hits when I want to. I eat my lunch and rarely have a snack. the drinks/liquids are my snack and keep me full.
You could also buy some Atkins ready to go low carb shakes and keep them at work and home.

I eat the Jimmy Dean D'Lite turkey sausage, egg, whole wheat muffin on the way to work every morning. I get them at Kroeger or Sams Club. They seem to be just enough carbs and protein to get me through the morning. I aso saw Carbmaster yogurt came out with some new flavors. Spicy pear ,tropical fruit, carrot cake, strawberrycolada. Just got them tried the spicy pear so far which was good. I also had the protein tray from Starbucks one day. It has a boiled egg, few slices apple, a few grapes and a small scone. It was very filling and yummy.

My mornings are pretty busy and hectic, so most days I have a protein shake for b'fast. Works great for me. Otherwise, I would say prep some in advanced so that easy to grab and go on your way to work.
