So how did you really do? Monday Edition
Disclaimer: Please be honest with yourself here about how you really did! This is not a thread telling others how they should eat or passing judgments on others… but this is reality. Sometimes reality bites… we are all human and no matter how good our intentions may be at the beginning of the day. Life gets in the way and we all face temptations! It happens to everyone. So this journey is yours… own it, learn from it, and move on to the next day!!!

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
B: protein shake (check)
S: My fit foods banana walnut muffin (check)
L: My fit foods salmon, broccoli & some stuff that looks like seeds(lol) It's actually good though! (check)
S: yogurt (had another muffin instead)
D: turkey burgers (check & hubs also made a tossed salad- I had a small amount of this along with 1/2 a turkey patty)
L: apple and cheddar brisket instead
D: still eating turkey! roasted sweet potato, roasted asparagus yes
S: SF dark chocolate pudding cup too tired to eat dessert. Did you hear that??? I almost sound like a skinny girl!!!

I went out to dinner and ending up eating too many chips and queso.
B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast sf jelly (yes)
L: Tilapia / 1/4c of broccoli casserole (yes)
D: eating out - probably chicken something - split sampler platter - mini taco / one mini taquito/ chips / salsa / queso
S: 100 cal snack - animal crackers
64 oz of water - working on 3rd bottle

My plan…
Exercise: None… taking today off
B: Café Mocha kcup yes
L: cream of poblano soup yes
D: tilapia with sweet pepper sauce yes
Snacks: FF pudding no, 100 cal snack no... instead added a candy bar they are selling at work and tonight I had an ice cream cone... not one of my better days. Stress eating... my weakness!!!

B - sc egg w/bacon bits, cheese and pico.. YES - ABOUT 1/2 CUP
Decaf Coffee w/splenda and s/f van -
1 LITE YOPLAIT W/ALMONDS FOR ADDED CRUNCH
Lunch: Parm Crusted tilapia and asparagus YES.. MAYBE 1/4 CUP OF ASPARAGUS.
Dinner: Lefsovers from lunch....tilapia and asparagus....NOPE - LEFT AT JOB1 FOR LUNCH TOMORROW. RAN BY OF ALL PLACES....COFFEE ON THE GO...RACETRAC AND INDULDGED ON A TAQUITO....GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR NOT A GOOD CHOICE....
snacks if needed - packed and with me for all day - job 1 and job 2.......
Light Yoplait yogart and SF puddings............almonds........
