Good morning!!  It’s time for many of us to return to work today.  Are you ready to tackle the new week?  I’m not but going to pretend I am till I start believing it!!!

 

My plan…

Exercise:  None… taking today off

B:  Café Mocha kcup

L: cream of poblano soup

D: tilapia with sweet pepper sauce

Snacks: FF pudding, 100 cal snack

Good morning.  It's return to work for me too today.  I'm not excited, but know I have to go.  I will be looking forward to 2 weeks off for Christmas in a few weeks.

My plan for today:

protein coffee...yes
120+ oz. liquids...yes
sBUX 100 calorie lt. drink...yes
chef salad w/ lite dressing for lunch...yes
Added in 1 c roasted eggplant w/ a little mozzarella & parmesan

2 enchiladas for dinner...going to eat in a bit
low carb/low sugar apple crisp for snack...will have before bedtime

Exercise: Zumba...zumba got cancelled today...teacher is sick w/ Mono.  I came home and rode my bike 3.5 miles at a med-hard setting

My plan for today,

B: Ham and cheese omelet /  toast sf jelly
L: Tilapia / 1/4c of broccoli casserole
D: eating out - probably chicken something
S: 100 cal snack

64 oz of water

Do some type of exercise

My goodie bag is packed and the best part of it My walking shoes are in that bag...I will put them on for my ride home, drop of a child that we take home, and then hit the walking trails...walk off any stress that I might have had to deal with today??

My eating plan
Breakfast-Oatmeal w/ milk (had my fiber bar)
Lunch-1/2 small twiced baked tator, with pea salad (added a grilled tomatoe with basil and cheese)
Snack-red apple w/1 tsp of natural Peanut butter (never did eat that was not hungry)
Dinner-Ham/bean soup (I ended up making a ham/cheese quiche)
Snack-fiber plus bar

My Exercise plan
Walk all the streets in our subdivision (there are 5 streets and a stretch of a street) this will be a good brisk walk for 40 minutes.(Meeting the walking crew at 6:30)

My Water Plan( I have not been real good with this today, drinking a bottle now)
Drink 5-7 cups of water today (or unsweet tea)
these are my plans and I'm sticking to it

Yeppers - Its Monday and I too am back at work !!    

Here is my plan for today:

B - sc egg w/bacon bits, cheese and pico..
     Decaf Coffee w/splenda and s/f  van creamer....

Lunch:  Parm Crusted tilapia  and asparagus

Dinner:  Lefsovers from lunch....tilapia and asparagus....

snacks if needed  - packed and with me for all day  - job 1 and job 2.......Light Yoplait yogart and SF puddings............almonds........

It's back to work for me as well.  What's up with this hot and humid Houston weather?! Yuck.  I'm ready for the week because we are going to Austin for the weekend woo hoo!
My plan:
B- water and some chex mix
L- turkey, stuffing, and broccoli cheese casserole
D- prolly leftover turkey flautas with black beans, cheese, and guacamole
S- almonds or chex mix

Workout- I went to the gym this morning for Zumba but the girl cancelled on us b/c she threw her neck out @ the Rockets game last night.  Apparently they did a Zumba demonstration during halftime and she was too into it.  So I headed upstairs and did 30 mins on the treadmill and 30 mins on the gazelle.  I gotta get back on track because I gained some weight.

Very odd, but I know I posted before I left the house this morning!!!!

L: My fit foods salmon, broccoli & some stuff that looks like seeds(lol)  It's actually good though!
