Disclaimer: Please be honest with yourself here about how you really did! This is not a thread telling others how they should eat or passing judgments on others… but this is reality. Sometimes reality bites… we are all human and no matter how good our intentions may be at the beginning of the day. Life gets in the way and we all face temptations! It happens to everyone. So this journey is yours… own it, learn from it, and move on to the next day!!!

Yes, I did survive! It is abundantly clear that I'm a stress eater. Rather than I eat, I drank which isn't much better. But at least I stopped at 2 glasses vs the entire bottle of wine!!!!

It's back to work for me tomorrow too. A part of me is always a little nervous to see what's waiting for me when I walk in to the office while I've been gone for a week. Either way, I'm ready to get back to my work, my food, & my exercise routine. -- Turns out, I need it, or I'm just a total mess and all over the place.
Today was good for me...I'm back at home and I did do most of the things I wanted to do today, with the exception of bathing, Princess
