protein coffee
120+ liquids
McD's sf vanilla iced coffee
lunch: some kind of salad
dinner: shrimp w/ broccoli slaw stir fry
snack: low sugar/low carb apple crisp
exercise: wts, sit ups and riding bike for 4+ miles

PAIGE-I bet "goodies" are especially tough, in your line of work, with all the kiddos bring you stuff. Nurses stations are notorious for having popcorn, etc-have to STAY TOUGH and keep my hands full/busy-like holding my water bottle and at ALL times. Sounds simple, but it really helps....You hate to just dip your face in the plate, like a puppy...not that I'd know...
If I don't go to the grocery store, there will be no dinner around here, but I'll put a plan here, as if I've already made the trip..

We Can Do Hard Things
I'm back home and sooooo glad. My Thanksgiving vacation went well, over all, but there is just nothing like your own bed and bathroom.
I got on my scale this morning and I'm up one pound. Not too bad, I'm sure I can handle that. I guess,exercising while on vacation helped out, even though everyone thought I was nuts for doing that while on "vacation."
I'm excited about Christmas, but the goodies are hard for me to deal with too. Today, I'm hoping to get up into my attic and take down my decorations. I'm ready to set up this house for the Christmas holiday. Vivian his here to lend a hand, so I'm sure we'll have a great time.

Don't have much of a plan today, waiting on new fridge to be delivered cleaning out the old one see we need to be eating left overs...

L: My Fit Foods turkey spaghetti (1/2 of a medium) and I'm SUPER STUFFED!!! I literally shoved in the last 2 bites!

D: My Fit Foods atlantic baked salmon (probably 1/2 since I got the medium portion)
I used one of my certificates Paige and got quite a bit of food(well, for the amount I eat anyway)!
