Good morning!  Can't believe it's back to work tomorrow!!!  And wouldn't you know my last morning to sleep in late I'm up early!!!  I hope everyone has had a great holiday and looking forward to the next one.  Christmas is always the hardest for me... lots of snacking on goodies and holiday parties. The actual Christmas meal isn't an issue but like  I said all the goodies are my weakness.  So my plan is to make sure I am exercising at least 4 times a week so I can enjoy without feeling guilty!!!

Plan for today... gym for 4 miles and maybe Piyo
B: Cafe Mocha kcup
L: corn and chicken chowder
D: BBQ cornbread casserole
Snacks: not sure yet

Fortunately Paige I am a real bad dumper so I don't touch holiday treats. I really miss divinity,torrone (an italian nougat candy), pannetone, sand tarts and ribbon candy! These were tastes of Chritmas for me, but alas, I can live with my sf goodies to fit into my tiny leather pants!! They keep me motivated. Have had my yogurt w/tpn this morning and am eating saltines right now. .

Here's my plan for today:

protein coffee
120+ liquids
McD's sf vanilla iced coffee
lunch: some kind of salad
dinner: shrimp w/ broccoli slaw stir fry
snack: low sugar/low carb apple crisp

exercise: wts, sit ups and riding bike for 4+ miles

PAIGE-I bet "goodies" are especially tough, in your line of work, with all the kiddos bring you stuff. Nurses stations are notorious for having popcorn, etc-have to STAY TOUGH and keep my hands full/busy-like holding my water bottle and at ALL times. Sounds simple, but it really helps....You hate to just dip your face in the plate, like a puppy...not that I'd know...

If I don't go to the grocery store, there will be no dinner around here, but I'll put a plan here, as if I've already made the trip..

Good Morning Paige & TMB,

I'm back home and sooooo glad.  My Thanksgiving vacation went well, over all, but there is just nothing like your own bed and bathroom. 

I got on my scale this morning and I'm up one pound.  Not too bad, I'm sure I can handle that.  I guess,exercising while on vacation helped out, even though everyone thought I was nuts for doing that while on "vacation."

I'm excited about Christmas, but the goodies are hard for me to deal with too.  Today, I'm hoping to get up into my attic and take down my decorations.  I'm ready to set up this house for the Christmas holiday.  Vivian his here to lend a hand, so I'm sure we'll have a great time.

Today's Plan:
- Prayer & Meditation
- Decorating home for Christmas
- Healthy food choices/Planned eating
- 30 min. exercise 
- A movie
- R&R

Good afternoon ladies!  I've been super busy this long holiday wknd and have been forgetting to post.  Sitting at work now trying to get prepared for our audit on Thurs.

S: My Fit Foods Cranberry Apple muffin
L: My Fit Foods turkey spaghetti (1/2 of a medium) and I'm SUPER STUFFED!!!  I literally shoved in the last 2 bites!
S: My Fit Foods banana walnut muffin
D: My Fit Foods atlantic baked salmon (probably 1/2 since I got the medium portion)

I used one of my certificates Paige and got quite a bit of food(well, for the amount I eat anyway)!

Happy Sunday!  I slept in late and got a lot of work done this Thanksgiving holiday.  I graded a big stack of research papers and have another big stack waiting for me on my desk.  I can't believe the semester is going to be over in 3 weeks! I gotta start on the christmas shopping and decorating.
My plan:
B- chex mix
L- 3 chicken flautas with black beans, cheese, and guacamole
D- turkey, stuffing, broccoli rice cheese casserole
Dessert- brownie bottom pie, frozen fruit, fruit salad

Workout- 30 mins on Gazelle and 30 mins of weights.
