LOSE IT 4 LIFE SUPPORT GROUP TO MEET THIS SUNDAY IN KELLER, TX.

   Morning Everyone,
Well.....we have successfully made it through November.   Now on to the "challenge" holiday for me at least.   LOL   This coming sunday is our monthly support group.   Our topic this month is "HAPPY HOLIDAY'S HAVING HEALTHY HABITS".   We will be discussing all the challenges that face us with Christmas and New Year's ahead of us.    Also I will be sharing some fantastic cookie recipes with everyone.    Trust me....no one will know that they are sugar free if you don't tell them.   They are perfect for those holiday "cookie exchanges".   SO please if you can plan on attending this sunday's meeting.   If you plan on attending please RSVP so I will know how many to plan for.    Hope you have a blessed week and I look forward to seeing you on sunday.

Would love to be there but I am working for a coworker from just 5-6pm. She has a date from 6-8 with her son and evil ex wont let her pick him up if she is late and wont let her do it from 7-9 even though it is her sons birthday!!! he is evil incarnate and she really wants to be with him and he her so that is my good deed to start the week!!!
