So how did you really do? Saturday Edition

Hope everyone had had a great Saturday... shopping, visiting with friends or family here for the holidays or just getting some R&R!!!  The day is winding down so it's time to confess the bad and celebrate the good!!!  So how did you do today?

Disclaimer: Please be honest with yourself here about how you really did! This is not a thread telling others how they should eat or passing judgments on others… but this is reality. Sometimes reality bites… we are all human and no matter how good our intentions may be at the beginning of the day. Life gets in the way and we all face temptations! It happens to everyone. So this journey is yours… own it, learn from it, and move on to the next day!!!

I do know several people that have used Dr. Spiegel.  They were all really happy with their surgeries and seem to like him.  They all say he is very good at what he does... but sometimes his bedside manner is not the best.  That's what I've heard anyway.  They are not really active on OH but I could pass any questions you have on to them for you.

Good luck with your revision.

B:  two boiled eggs, latte
L:  slice of ham, 2 T dressing
D: half portion of veal piccata, few green beans, 3 pieces fried calamari with marinara, glass of white wine (I wanted the entire bottle)
S: crustless pumpkin pie with lite cool whip, coffee

My husband's son is in town for the weekend.  I have allowed him to push my buttons in the past.  I ate more than I normally would have in a typical day.  But I didn't go completely overboard.  I'm OK with my day.  I have one more day to endure!  I sure must love my husband!!!

We had our Thanksgiving yesterday with our whole family.  I ate a ton including 2 sugary deserts.  Not good and woke up with a raging headache (I don't dump very often, but do get headaches).  But low and behold I got on the scale this morning and lost 3 pounds.

I'm back on track today!!
