Got up this morning and did a Thanksgiving 10k then came home and started fixing dinner!  I did great following the 3 bite rule...

B: None
L/D: 3 bites or less of each... Turkey, sweet potato, mashed potato and gravy, stuffing, broccoli casserole, role and cranberry salad.
Snacks: 1 bite of pecan pie, 1 serving of pumpkin whip

Not bad.... as a matter I don't think I ate 3 bites of anything more like 1 or 2.  My family felt bad that I spent time preparing it and couldn't eat it!!!  But I was more then happy with what I ate!

I think I did OK, I had a little bit of everything but in moderation. I only had about 2 - 3 oz. of protein at each with no more than 2 table spoons of each of the side items. Breakfast -  Half of a biscuit

Lunch and Dinner: Turkey, ham, dressing, mashed potato, broccoli cheese casserole, deviled egg, tossed salad and a roll.
Dessert: Small slice of Turtle Pumpkin Pie; frozen banana chips with drizzle of chocolate and caramel syrup Pie was not sugar free since I could not find SF caramel syrup

I actually did really well. Woogie had spent the night so I made scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. Around noon I ate an orange and some of my pumpkin pudding. At my mom's I ate the meat off one turkey wing plus a small sliver of dark meat, about a tablespoon of dressing, some greens, and some green beans. No pie - wasn't even tempted because there was NO pumpkin pie! I did eat the last couple of tablespoons of my pudding when I got home.

I ate as planned...not that much at dinner, but did snack on snack items during ball game.  I don't feel like I overindulged.
