Good morning!!!  Wow I can't believe this week has gone by so quickly and I have to go back to work in just a few days!!!  Yikes!!!  I'm hoping the family can kill off the rest of the leftovers except for the turkey today.  Anyone have any good recipes for turkey????

Plan... heading to the gym this morning for PiYo and 4 miles on the treadmill
B: Oh Yeah RTD
L: soup
D: fish/veggie
Snacks: 100 cal swiss miss bar

Good morning!  I'm with you about the work week!  I've been trying to grade research papers because the semester is almost over for me! EEK!  As far as the turkey recipes, I guess make some soup or turkey tetrazzini.
Plan:  headed to the gym for a long overdue date.  I will not be worried about the time while I'm there so I can relax and get my workout on without having to worry about running errands or having to be somewhere else. 

B- meat/cheese tray with 1/4 cup chex mix
L- not there yet but I'm sure it will be leftover turkey, dressing, broccoli cheese casserole
D- repeat of lunch OR turkey flautas
S-protein bullet with crystal light/emergen-c and almonds

I need to get more fluids in and make time for me.  Working on time management during the busy holiday season!

Yep-have my plan-esp to up my water today-didn't get near enough yesterday, and I feel it today...

S: Baked apple  

D: Chicken/strawberries/salad/WF raspberry dsg  

S: SF pumpkin mousse  

E: minimum 45 minutes power walking to work out my soreness

120 oz water/lots of green tea/all my vitamins

Good morning...or I guess afternoon.

Here's my plan for the day:

protein coffee
sf McDonald's iced vanilla coffee
roasted eggplant w/ Parmesan cheese for lunch
chicken and beef enchilada "guts" for dinner...sans tortillas
handful of nuts for snack

Already took a 4 mile walk in the park and a long one around Walmart grocery shopping.  Will probably do sit ups, wts and ride bike later today.

Got in all vits/supplements including calcium today.
