So how did you really do? Wednesday Edition

Ok here we go. Today I ate:

yogurt w/TPN
protein bar
1/2 protein drink
1pc LJS fish,3 shrimp (threw it all up 10 min later, my bi-annual "treat"
1/2 c ham & lentil soup
2 huge bites sf Oreo Heaven, but fotgot I put  regular cool whip on it,(threw up all th way home)
currently eating saltine crackers

Could have done better for dinner


B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast w/sf jelly
L: Grilled chicken breast with pepper jack cheese / 3 spears of asparagus
S: Animal crackers
D: 1/2 lasagna roll, 1/4c spaghetti with meat sauce, 2 spinach ravioli, garlic toast

Working on 3rd bottle of water
