So how did you really do? Wednesday Edition
Disclaimer: Please be honest with yourself here about how you really did! This is not a thread telling others how they should eat or passing judgments on others… but this is reality. Sometimes reality bites… we are all human and no matter how good our intentions may be at the beginning of the day. Life gets in the way and we all face temptations! It happens to everyone. So this journey is yours… own it, learn from it, and move on to the next day!!!

started the day at McDonalds (teen son wanted for breakfast) so I ate a McMuffin took the top off
then I nibbled most of the day; rice chips, then celery dipped in peanut butter, I have only had one lg. tea from Chicken express. It is dinner time, and honestly I dont give a crap what we eat, I am not cooking, nor am I hungry, just tired of looking at food...LOL
I am ready for tomorrow all meals are planned

I've tried all sorts of crustless pumpkin pies. Eureka! I think I've found my holy grail!
I have healthy choices for tomorrow: roasted asparagus, roasted sweet potatoes drizzled with a bit of maple syrup, cayenne and pecans. I'll forgo the stuffing. Nothing compares to my mother's!

Why?
1. I'm upset about something...not good for me! I always tend to look to food for comfort. Is this EVER gonna change?
2. No plan is killing me.
Reality check, in order for me to "stay on track" it's just best for me to have a plan.
