Thanksgiving Day Accountability
However, I know that as much as I would like to say that it will not be about food.... old habits die hard! So here is a tip I came across!!!
The 3 bite rule
The first bite is to get a good taste.
The second bite is to verify it was as good as you thought it would be.
The third bite is your last bite, so savor it!!!
I'm off this morning to do my 5 mile Thanksgiving run/walk then back home to finish up the cooking!!
Plan...
B: Oh Yeah RTD
L/D: (2:30ish) Turkey, dressing, sweet potatoes, broccoli casserole, role, cranberry salad (3 bite rule will apply)
Snacks: pie, crackers and cheese
What's your plan for today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Here's my plan, even though it will include eating whatever I want at our Thanksgiving meal. The 3 bite rule is a good one. 3 bites of a big variety of food will stuff most of us anyway!
B: protein coffee
120+ oz. liquids before dinner
Dinner: turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, then snack stuff: dip, cookies, TX Trash, sausage balls and who knows what else. I do think I made most of the football game snack food other than desserts.
Exercise: 6 mile walk/run at the park in a bit.
