Good morning!!  I actually got to sleep in a little this morning and it felt so good!!!!  Can't believe that tomorrow is Thanksgiving.  I will be headed to the gym this morning and tomorrow I'm doing a 10k in the morning.  Safe travels to all who are headed out of town!!!


Plan for today....
B: Oh Yeah RTD  (before I go to the gym)
L: soup
D: mesquite chicken
Snacks: 100 cal swiss miss bar

  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

Woke up an hour late this morning so I was only able to get my cardio in @ the gym (boo).  ah well.  I'm about to leave work soon to get ready for the Thanksgiving festivities...I am making a sugar free pumpkin cheesecake for my father in law and I hope it turns out ok...The hubs is going to make 2 beer chickens and a beer turkey for thanksgiving @ our friends house. The plan:
B- 1/4 new whey protein bullet, crystal light
S- small granny smith apple and almonds
L- beef jerky
D- chinese food

I haven't been able to workout lately and I've been eating crap so I really need to step it up.  We'll see how it looks on Monday for the weigh in!  Have a safe Turkey Day out there!
