So how did you really do? Tuesday Edition
Good evening!! Turkey day is almost here... are you trying to cut back on what you eat this week so you can indulge on Thursday?? I haven't cut back on my calories but I am trying to hit the gym everyday this week... including a 10k on Thursday. I'm hoping the exercise will allow me to enjoy Thursday in moderation without guilt!!!
So how did you do today?

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
Okay my day started off with a trip to the gym... big mistake! Tomorrow I have to eat something first as I got the worst headache half way through my workout and was miserable all morning!!! But I stuck it out and finished.
B: nothing
L: OH yeah RTD
Snack: handful of wheat thins
D: Tilapia and green beans
Snack: 6 peppermints and a 100 cal frozen swiss miss bar

Done pretty good today
B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast with sf jelly (yes)
L: Grilled chicken breast with pepper jack cheese / asparagus (yes)
D: Steak / mashed potato / veggie - had Tilapia / asparagus / 1/4 c of mashed potato's
S: 100 cal snack / banana ( none yet) but will have frozen banana slices drizzled with chocolate and caramel syrup
About to start on 3rd bottle of water

I'm trying, but find myself struggling a bit because I don't have a set plan. On vacation and temptation is all around me.....so it's been hard. I did try to make the best choices through out the day, but I feel a bit scattered because I'm not having the "safe" go to foods, and most of all "a plan." --- Things are just better for me, safer, if I have a set plan.
So, over all, I had a pretty busy day. I'm a bit tired and maybe I'm over doing it. This is not good. Drives me to the food for comfort, when all I really need is some R & R.
Thinking.....progress..not perfection, and really trying to not beat myself up too much.

bagel thin...1 side w/butter&jam, 1 w/pb
1oz cheese,1oz ham 2oz crackers
protein bar
smbag chips
pork rib
1/2 c mashtators
1 biscuit
1 pile chips with melty cheese
sf klondike sammich
have gained 1/2 lb need 2 more to be in safe range!! sick of eating. Sick of food. Tgiving meal no big deal but get to spend time w/mom, goodsis, and bonus family!!
