Dasie, This is not uncommon this time of year. get the "bad stuff" outof the house and replace with small protein bars, easy eat raw veg and already cut up fruit that are ready to nibble on. The cracker thing is a vicious cycle with the carb coma and sugar plunge that comes with it and then you have to eat again 30 min later! Just keep pluging away at it and keep posting, we will help you through this!
