What is on your table for Thanksgiving?

Going to my inlaws at 1pm and have no clue what they'll be serving other than the usual turkey, ham & dressing.  We're bringing a sweet potato casserole and baked squash dish.  There will be about 10 people there.  Afterwards, we are going to my sisters in Sugarland and taking a turtle cheesecake and a pecan chocolate chip pie for dessert.  There will be about 25 people there and I'm sure they'll have plenty of food!  I kinda like going house to house.  Usually, we host but this is the second time in about 5 years that we've done the house to house thing.

Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Well, I started off with good intentions... but...

This Thanksgiving, I am not going anywhere.  I was supposed to go to my boyfriend's parents, but I thought they needed some family time alone.  It will be just my two kids and I.  Since my son is too picky and my daughter is only two...

I went to the store and got a turkey breast to cook... and all the fixings.  I made it to the Deli counter when I threw my plans out the window.  APPARENTLY... Albertsons sells Whole Rotisserie Turkey Breast.  Why cook a whole turkey breast for basically myself when I can buy it cooked at the deli?  After all, I am still cookin all the fixins, right???

Wrong!!!  As I turned the corner, I found green bean casserole, broccoli and cheese, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, gravy, rolls, AND pumpkin pie.

LOL... I SOOOO cheated.  Do I feel guilty???  Not at all.  This is the first year I have ever done anything crazy like that.  I figured, why go to the trouble of cooking just to have my son complain.

We ate yesterday because we are going out of town for Thanksgiving to visit someone.

Happy Thanksgiving!!
