Good morning!  Up early so I can drop the kids off at school.... tomorrow I get to sleep late!  Kids are not too happy that I'm off and they are not!!!  Going to stop off at the gym and get my 5 miles in then it's home to finish the last Christmas tree... yes we have 4 and might even add 2 more but not sure yet. 


Plan...
B: protein shake
L: Oh yeah RTD or corn and chicken chowder
D: mesquite chicken/veggie
Snacks: swiss miss bar

Good Morning All,

Windy day here in The Rio Grande Valley.  Woke up early and spent 30 min. on the bike, so I'm patting myself on the back......  Everyone here thinks I'm insane because I'm determined to squeeze in "some" exercise while on VACATION.  Don't they know my WLS and commitment to better health does not go on vacation???

Anyhow...I'm trying to come up with a plan, but it's hard because I'm not 100% sure what my day will be like.

Today's Plan:
30 - 40 min. exercise (done)
Vitamins
Get more water in
B-fast w my dad (PLEASE let them have good choices)
Glady's Porter Zoo w/ Vivian
Enjoy my family

L: Grilled chicken breast with pepper jack cheese / asparagus
D: Steak / mashed potatoe /  veggie
S: 100 cal snack / banana

Happy Tuesday!  It wasn't so happy this morning though.  I stepped out of the house to hit the gym and *BOOM* torrential downpour.  I just wanted to go back upstairs and crawl back into bed with the hubs.  (it was his day off work too) But no I gave myself a great speech, got into my car only to hit traffic and a blinking light on the way to the gym and more torrential downpour when I got there.  I was about to go back home until I thought "it's sad I made it all the way to the gym parking lot and a little rain is going to stop me?" I got in a good 20 mins of lifting weights.  The day is pretty so I will either continue my workout @ the gym or @ home.  I'm no punk. So here's my plan...
B- EAS carb control mint java chip thingie
L- grilled chicken lean cuisine but I was told not to eat lunch by my coworkers (i think they got me lunch for my b day)
S- almonds
D- turkey chili mac
