Good morning! I had something I don't usually have this morning-COFFEE-there were some instant SBX samples in our "Turkey Trot" bags, so I decided to indulge today..good dtuff--but had to water it down-I have become a WUSS!! Todays plan:

S: Pumpkin whip with protein powder
E: Core training for 30 minutes

B...chai tea/ cottage cheese
L....grilled chicken/apple salad
S....homemade protein cookie
D....not sure yet....maybe grilled chicken and veggies...got a lot of grilled chicken to eat this week.
LNS....Fage cheesecake yogurt/chai tea
Plan:
B- new whey protein shot, emergen-c, crystal light
L- ground turkey enchilada casserole and chips
S- almonds
D- sonic chili cheese tater tots and 1/2 a chicken club toaster sandwich
yeah i fell off b/c it was late, i was tired from the day and weekend, and i just plain didn't want to cook. i know i could have had something better but we live and we learn.
