Good morning!  Up early so I can take the kids to school and head to the gym.  Not sure yet what else is on the agenda other then doing some more decorating and doing the grocery shopping for Thanksgiving.

L: ham and bean soup
D: Tilapia/veggie
Snacks:  100 cal snack, SF pudding

Good morning! I had something I don't usually have this morning-COFFEE-there were some instant SBX samples in our "Turkey Trot" bags, so I decided to indulge today..good dtuff--but had to water it down-I have become a WUSS!! Todays plan: 

B: Click  

L: Chicken/salad/strawberries/WF raspberry dsg 

D: Beef patty/orange/sald/WF asian dsg  

S: Pumpkin whip with protein powder 

E: Core training for 30 minutes  

120 oz water/ALL my vitamins

D: turkey mignon from Sam's(were clearanced out so I thought I'd try them since they are loaded with protein)

D: Something with lean ground beef (maybe taco;s)
S: Banana, 100 cal snack

first day off of my week off of work...YIPPEEEE  just picking up the house, laundry and putting away the clothes.  need to run to the store for a couple of things, before I do shopping weds morning. 

Breakfast-Oatmeal w./ milk
Lunch-unsure
Dinner-turkey tacos

water, tea, protein shakes, and vits/meds will go in throughout the day.  Also, wearing my walking shoes and plan on doing a couple of walks around the block

Good morning All....it's not quite noon yet! I tried something new today for breakfast....pomegranate in my cottage cheese!  Ya'll know how much Gertie and I lopve our cottage chees in the morning and strawberries are getting hard to find. Well, I had this pomegranate in the fridge, nibbling on a few seeds during the day to stretch it out...those things are expensive this year! So I had this idea to sprinkly a few in with the last of the strawberries....Yum-OOO! Those little dark red seeds just explode with sweet goodness! Ya'll need to try this!

Today's plan....
B...chai tea/ cottage cheese
L....grilled chicken/apple salad
S....homemade protein cookie
D....not sure yet....maybe grilled chicken and veggies...got a lot of grilled chicken to eat this week.
LNS....Fage cheesecake yogurt/chai tea

As yall know, Mondays are ka-razy for me.  But I still want to post. 

Plan:
B- new whey protein shot, emergen-c, crystal light
L- ground turkey enchilada casserole and chips
S- almonds
D- sonic chili cheese tater tots and 1/2 a chicken club toaster sandwich

yeah i fell off b/c it was late, i was tired from the day and weekend, and i just plain didn't want to cook.  i know i could have had something better but we live and we learn.
