Well, I bounced down into the 149's then back up to 150 and ended up the same place I started last week. I was hoping to make a little more progress going into Thanksgiving, so that means I will have to be more diligent after the holiday weekend to get these 5 pounds off. I really want to get back to 145 so I have some more "bounce" room.

- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.

Didn't get all of last weeks gain off but close enough as I am still within comfort zone but really hoping to be down a little to give me more bounce for Thanksgiving dinner. I just need to make sure I don't graze on Thursday.

I know this sounds like a weak excuse but I totally forgot to weigh this morning! However, I really don't 'feel' like I've lost anythall those tastes of this and that really do add up so I'm not going to hold my breath....especially after the grazing I did while cooking this weekend. And it wasn't just the grazing calories, I didn't get any exercise at all since I've been tied to the sewing machine for a week.
