Sorry I didn't get the thread posted last night... hubby and I went to do some Christmas shopping and stopped for dinner.  It was pretty late when we got home so I didn't bother at that point.  So the weekend is winding down, time to be accountable for your choices today!  How did everyone do?

Evening Paige!  Didn't do too bad this wknd.  Hubs and I had a date night as well last night.  We went to McCormick & Schmidt's and I had a cup of corn chowder, 1/2 a crab cake and a few bites of blackened salmon.  It was delish and the place is really nice and romantic!  We'll definitely go back there! 

B: Hubs made me 1 egg over medium and 1 slice of toast (check)
L: protein shake (check)
S: yogurt(skipped this, had 1/2 a Tbone but I ended up making mixed veggies instead of a baked potato).

Glad it's a short week!

3 pieces cantalope
1/2 bagel thin w/ham &provolone
4 sf fudge stick cookies
part of a catfish basket
sf ice cream sammich

Didn't really eat anything until around 3... busy doing stuff and just kinda forgot!

B: nothing (just wasn't hungry)

L: small McDonalds ice cream cone
D: Tilapia/mashed potato and gravy

Snacks: 2 crackers, wedge of skinny cow light swiss,

B:  omelet, latte - check
L:  two turkey/swiss roll ups
D:  brisket, black eyed peas
S:  SF dark chocolate pudding

No appetite today.  Just going through the motions.  I did better with my water, though.
I'm traveling to Tulsa tomorrow for two days.  My road food is ready!

Here's what I ended up having...really had no plan when I got up this morning.

protein coffee
McD's sf iced vanilla coffee
Southwestern grilled chicken salad for lunch
handful of protein sea salt snack things I got this weekend
SBUX small 100 calorie drink
lots of water
several bites of some chicken and dumplings for dinner
1/2 flax seed muffin in a cup
