November Accountability Saturday
Good morning! I am so excited to officially be on vacation for the next week!!! I have my support group meeting this morning and then going to do a few errands and a little shopping! Tomorrow we are getting out all the Christmas decorations and going to get started on that! When do you start decorating for Christmas? Usually we do it after Thanksgiving but I decided that this year I wanted to do it while I had some time off.
My plan for today...
B: Starbucks latte (at support group meeting)
L: ham and bean soup
D: mesquite chicken and veggie
Snacks: sf pudding

plan:
protein coffee
100+ oz. liquids
a little chicken spaghetti for lunch that is left over X had Atkins low carb shake instead
tailgate food for dinner/snacks: chili, cheese, fritos, corn dip, cookies, chicken...I don't usually go too hog wild. Wish I could have been at support group. Maybe next month or for sure January!

Good morning! My big "plans" include moving some furniture and deep cleaning..go ahead..be jealous of my EXCITING life! I'm working on my warm protein drink while everyone else is till sleeping..love moments like this.. I'm struggling to get my water in. I used to always keep a bottle on my desk, but I work in the field now, and my car is my "office", and I'm not getting in as much water as I think I need to. I have a bottle designated, for today. and will refill it at least 5 times (I'm weird-I PREFER tap water)

I am hoping to get out the the Methodist Church today to do some shopping with Stephanie, that is my plan, but Mr. Wonderful is also taking about heading to Fry's to look for laptops for the the kids...I think we should do both....we shall see.
I will also be decorating for Christmas each day this week. I am totally excited about this, only because we are always out of town for Thanksgiving and then it take me for ever to get the deocorations up...I am holding to my word of enjoying this Holiday Season!! Just going to keep it Simple and Keep it Real

Busy morning for the Martinez household too. I've been out running errands, stopped at The Y for a 45 min cardio session and I just finished cleaning house.
I'm "officially" on vacation too, and I'm LOVING it. I'll decorate the house for Christmas next weekend, so that Ms. Vivi can participate. I need to up in the attic and take some boxes out. Guess, I'll get the hubby to do that for me on Sat. morning.
Today's Plan:
- Connection w/ my HP
- Exercise
- Clean house
- Trip to Wal-Mart
- Healthy food choices/sensible portions
- Walk the dog - am/pm
- A Nap
- Movie & cuddle time w/ Mike

Hi, getting a late start fall back asleep and was surprised it was noon already. I need to get up and get this day started.
I have not put up a Christmas tree in over 10 years, we have no kids and do Christmas at my sister so I just buy a couple of poinsettia for decoration but this year I might put up a tree and dig out the nativity scene.
