Good morning!!! One day closer to Turkey Day!!! Sorry I didn't get the evening thread posted last night... hubby and I had a date night and forgot to do it before we left. Today we are headed to the gym this morning then it's a day full of decorating... want to get the inside done so we have time to do the outside after Thanksgiving.

Hope you had a great date-night, Paige.
I got on the scale this morning and did not like the number. Need to focus on getting my water in, exercising and good/healthy food choices today. I guess I'm on "vacation-mode", which is not good for anyone, especially me.
Anyhow....no room for self-pity, I know what I need to do.
Today's Plan:
- Stick to my plan
- Prayer and Meditation
- Vitamins
- Lots and Lots of water
- Brisk walk with, Princess
, this AM @ local park
- Healthy food choices/Planned eating -NO GRAZING
- Gym w/ Mike- PM

I am frustrated! Yesterday I ate
yogurt w/tpn
eggs w/sausage & cheese, roll w/3pats butter, 2 slices bacon and strawberries
protein bar
grazed on fruit at the grocery store and 3 shrimp
10 cheese nachos
1/2 monte christo wrap and fries w/fry sauce
1/3 box sugar free cookies
sm slice sf peach pie
sf ice cream sandwich
yogurt w/tpn
this was between 6 am and 1am. Got on the scales and have lost another1.5 lbs. I poop 3-4 times aday! I am tired. Any suggestions???

Good morning ladies! Going to Sam's with the hubs to get a few things this morning. He'll be watching the football game and I'll be at the hairdresser getting some touch ups and a cut. Would like to stop by the garden center and check out their shrubs(thinking of pulling all mine up in the front yard and starting new).

good morning. Been a little off track the last 2 days, but sort of knew I would. I actually didn't do too badly for all the food I was surrounded with. I drank a lot of water in between eating!
Here's my plan for today:
protein coffee
McD's sf iced vanilla coffee
something healthy and protein/veggies for dinner
maybe a click or shake for lunch...won't get home until then.
I haven't thought far enough in advance about dinner but may just do fish/veggie...easy one and I have plenty in the freezer.

breakfast-coffee for right now, then maybe another omlet w/cheese
lunch-protein drink or soup
dinner-taco salad
not thinking much of food right now, stilll very erpy.....

I'm dealing with my annual holiday head. I don't do them well for many reasons. Every year I say it will get better. I'm faced with the reality that counseling is in order for the New Year. One meal at a time for me!
