The week is over and the day is coming to a close so it's time to confess how we did today... the good and the bad!

I have not had dinner yet but know what I plan to order and eat....

B: Ham, cheese and onion omelet, toast with sf jelly (yes)
L: Grilled chicken breast with pepper jack cheese / mashed potatoes (yes)
D: Note sure yet - Calling Pizza -  will have 2 small slices of chicken w/pineapple
S: 100 cal snack / laughing cow cheese wedge -had mini rice cakes and a fun size snicker

 On 3rd bottle of water

B: Click (no, had some SF hot cider instead)
L: Thanksgiving feast at school.... I am going to indulge in moderation!!! (yes)
D: Tilapia (yes)
Snacks: 100 cal snack (yes) or fudge bar
(no, had a small candy bar instead that they are selling at school)

Had some running around to do last night and did not get to post.  I did fairly well, up until the evening.  Did not make it to the gym and grazed a bit.

yesterday was a not so great day.  Could have been worse.  I grazed a bit last night.  I did get in my liquids and protein and all vits and supplements and went for a long exercise walk.  Hopefully some of that counteracted the cookies I ate.  Bad, bad Karla was out yesterday evening.
