I have not had dinner yet but know what I plan to order and eat....
B: Ham, cheese and onion omelet, toast with sf jelly (yes)
L: Grilled chicken breast with pepper jack cheese / mashed potatoes (yes)
D: Note sure yet - Calling Pizza - will have 2 small slices of chicken w/pineapple
S: 100 cal snack / laughing cow cheese wedge -had mini rice cakes and a fun size snicker
On 3rd bottle of water

yesterday was a not so great day. Could have been worse. I grazed a bit last night. I did get in my liquids and protein and all vits and supplements and went for a long exercise walk. Hopefully some of that counteracted the cookies I ate. Bad, bad Karla was out yesterday evening.
