Yeah!!!! We have almost made it through the week! I am so looking forward to having next week off!
Any great plans for the weekend?
I have support group tomorrow then I will be spending the rest of the weekend decorating as I won't have time after Thanksgiving!

Happy Friday Paige!! I'm off today but running a ton of errands! Oh well, at least I don't have to work! Don't have a lot of plans for the wknd other than support group and shopping for Thanksgiving dinner.

Good morning. Paige...I had our Thanksgiving meal at school and did well. I passed up the mashed potatoes, gravy and roll and just had the nasty turkey, sweet dry dressing (a small scoop) and green beans and one small cookie. Not too bad...damage could be way worse.
Plan for today: This is not my best plan, but is what I have here at Ben's

lunch: Ben has homemade veg. soup...may cook a chicken breast or something to add
dinner: chicken spaghetti. I made it and it has plenty of chicken breast, onion, celery and bell pepper and tomatoes so it's got some nutrition, not all pasta.
I know I'll eat a peanut blossom cookie and a lemon bar after cooking them, so might as well plan that in.
Exercise: walking in a few minutes for as long as I can make loops in the apartment complex with out going bonkers.
I already took all supplements but calcium. I 'll do that later.

I'm so glad today is a new day. I was a complete mess yesterday. I'm up, feeling well and ready to head out the door for work.

Prep house for Thanksgiving vacation. Wish I could make it to the support group meeting, but have to head out to pick up Miss Viv.

Sad night. Boswell got trounced by Waco 10-50. But cant tell you how cool it was to see grandson Jonathan on the jumbo tron playing his heart out!! The stadium is overwhelming!
As I was driving out of the stadium a migraine hit and had to pull over and get ken to drive. Too busy to deal with it. Harry Potter tonight, Central Market in the morning , Getting Christmas out this weekend.

B - 1/4 to 1/2 Low Carb Slimfast protein shake...... done !
Just not hungry this morning - not much lately at all - it pays to pay attention to Ms. Pouchy ! :) The scale better cooperate on MOnday too !!

Lunch: 1130 ish - office is closing early - luncheon for us...rumor says Pizza -
I will also induldge - with moderation as as Ms Pouchy allows. ** the pizza sucked *** ewwwww **** but I ate 1 piece anyway - mostly picked at the what they called the cheese and toppings I think.....it was cold ....they said when delivered...I hope that our company NEVER uses this pizza place again.....now for the "celebration" cake for our comany anniversary - . it made up for the nasty tasting pizza....I ate 4 bites and on that last one - Ms. Pouchy gurggled like it was a dog growling and so I took that as a hint to QUIT !!! It went into the trash !
Snack: pickles, and/or string cheese - low fat
decaff coffee w/splenda and sf vanilla creamer...
Dinner: Tilapia..
