Well since I woke up with out a plan today, other than a bundle of nerves with Courtney's oral surgery, I guess I ended up having a great day....as much as McDonalds was calling my name this morning I just kept driving on and did not stop...I was sooo proud of ME!!
the food fairies took over and I survived

B-Fiber Bar (much better than the McDonalds I really wanted)
L-2 penwheels
Dinner-Bowl of Chicken pasta veggie soup
snacks, jello, and a few maybe 10 veggie chips, (my crack) lol

2 rt. 44 teas...I'm rocking in this area...LOL

Okay not the greatest day in making food choices....

B: Protein shake (no... didn't have anything)
L: Taco Soup (yes)
D: Tilapia (yes)/Veggie (no, had a corn bread muffin)
Snacks: coconut bar (maybe will have later), 100 cal snack
(no)
             added.... 3 peppermints and 1 peanut butter cup

Ok, so here it goes.... I had the super busiest day at work!

B: stopping at Valero for a s/f cappuccino (CHECK)
S: apple (SKIPPED)
L: don't know yet, have an offsite mtng so we'll stop somewhere for lunch (CHICKEN SALAD AT A RESTAURANT)
S: 1 SMALL PIECE OF CHOCOLATE BDAY CAKE AN EMPLOYEE BROUGHT ME
D: bday dinner w/the family- haven't decided what I want to eat just yet. (CHEDDARS, I HAD A TEXAS SWEET TEA AND 1/2 A BUFFALO WRAP)

HAD A WONDERFUL DAY!

Had too much pasta / carbs for dinner but was pretty much planned.


B: Ham/cheese/onion omelet, toast with sf jelly  - Yes
L: Tilapia / 1/4 c of mashed potatoes - Yes
D: lasagna roll with meat sauce / garlic bread - Yes plus spinach ravioli
S: 100 cal snack - Yes - and mini cheesecake sampler (bite size)

32 oz of water; hope to get in another 16 oz
