Good morning!!!  I'm so excited that week is almost over!!!  So looking forward to having next week off!  Tonight I will either be going to support group or to see a short film my husband was in... not sure yet which one it will be!

Okay so my plan for today is....

B: Protein shake
L: Taco Soup
D: Tilapia/Veggie
Snacks: coconut bar, 100 cal snack

Good morning! Today is "Thanksgiving pot luck" at work. I opted not to participate-I'm not that strong. I will use that time to go pick up race packets for the Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot instead-much healthier!

B: Click (done)...green tea (beside me)

L: Chicken/salad/strawberries/WF raspberry dsg

D: Beef patty/salad/orange/WF asian dsg

S: Pumpkin whip/2 Magic pops

E: 30 min walking/30 min "floor exercises to help my stupid back

100 oz WATER and all my vitamins!!!!

L: don't know yet, have an offsite mtng so we'll stop somewhere for lunch
D: bday dinner w/the family- haven't decided what I want to eat just yet.

B: Ham/cheese/onion omelet, toast with sf jelly
L: Tilapia / 1/4 c of mashed potatoes
D: lasagne roll with meat sauce / garlic bread
S: 100 cal snack

64 oz of water

Hello TMB!  I opted to wake up around 8am this morning instead of my usual 6am b/c it's been a ka-razy week with me pulling 10 hr days the past week and i'm tired.  Plus it's my birthday!    I'm hitting the big 3-0 and I met my birthday goal woo hoo!  My students gave me cupcakes and tres leches cake for my b day which i will have a bite of and share the rest.  They are too sweet!
My Plan:
B- EAS carb control mint java chip thing
L- one of my coworkers wants to buy me lunch so i will make a healthy choice.  if not, i have leftover eggplant parmesan stuff
S- almonds/ protein bullet with crystal light and emergen-c
D- b day dinner i dunno where i want to eat.  i'm thinking maybe outback steakhouse for a salad and pepper crusted barely seared tuna sashimi slices. YUM!

I signed up @ the YMCA for "healthy trimmings".  They take your measurements, weight, body fat %, BMI and see how you do for the holidays.   Wish me luck!
