November Accountability Thursday
Good morning!!! I'm so excited that week is almost over!!! So looking forward to having next week off! Tonight I will either be going to support group or to see a short film my husband was in... not sure yet which one it will be!
Okay so my plan for today is....

D: Tilapia/Veggie
Snacks: coconut bar, 100 cal snack

Good morning! Today is "Thanksgiving pot luck" at work. I opted not to participate-I'm not that strong. I will use that time to go pick up race packets for the Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot instead-much healthier!

L: Chicken/salad/strawberries/WF raspberry dsg
D: Beef patty/salad/orange/WF asian dsg
S: Pumpkin whip/2 Magic pops
E: 30 min walking/30 min "floor exercises to help my stupid back

My Plan:
B- EAS carb control mint java chip thing
L- one of my coworkers wants to buy me lunch so i will make a healthy choice. if not, i have leftover eggplant parmesan stuff
S- almonds/ protein bullet with crystal light and emergen-c
D- b day dinner i dunno where i want to eat. i'm thinking maybe outback steakhouse for a salad and pepper crusted barely seared tuna sashimi slices. YUM!
I signed up @ the YMCA for "healthy trimmings". They take your measurements, weight, body fat %, BMI and see how you do for the holidays. Wish me luck!
