What foods do you love now that you didn't eat before your surgery?
I had never eaten cottage cheese before, and I don't know why. Actually, I forget about eating it even now, but when I do, I love it!
I find I like stronger-tasting foods now. I love feta cheese now, and hardly ever ate it before my surgery. I like more spices and sauces.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I eat beans now and didn't like them before surgery. I like pintos, lima beans and navy or great northern beans. Yummy!

Cucumbers, radishes and Thai Food. I never drank coffee preop, and now I can't live without it. I wasn't a fan of cheese, and now I like to try different varieties (but only mild) with different fruit & nut combinations. I don't know if my tast buds have changed, or I was just willing to step out of the box and try new things since a lot of the things I used to eat previously, I no longer can.
I've tried to like mushrooms, tomato, and celery, and still can't stand any of them.

cottage cheese
coleslaw
blueberries
sushi
There's a few other things I haven't tried, but am down for it!
