Was on plan till dinner
B: Turkey, cheese and onion omelet, toast with sf jelly (Yes but used bacon instead of turkey)
L: Grilled Chicken Breast with pepper jack cheese, mixed veggies (Yes)
D; Steak / mixed veggies / mashed potatoes (went to chili's had chips / salsa / a few cheese fries/ 1/3 of the explosion quesadilla salad)
S: 100 cal snack, Laughing cow cheese wedge (No but at cooking demo had 2 hot aired cooked french fry and 2 green beans)
On 3rd bottle of water
