So how did you really do? Tuesday Edition
Disclaimer: Please be honest with yourself here about how you really did! This is not a thread telling others how they should eat or passing judgments on others… but this is reality. Sometimes reality bites… we are all human and no matter how good our intentions may be at the beginning of the day. Life gets in the way and we all face temptations! It happens to everyone. So this journey is yours… own it, learn from it, and move on to the next day!!!

Not a bad day, for me. I'm still stressing over some personal things that I'm happy about, but I managed not to turn to the food for comfort. - That in its self was a great success for me.
So.....Today's Plan was:
- Connection w/ my HP -- YES
- Vitamins -- YES
- 8-10 glasses of water -- One more bottle to go..
- Choose my food wisely -- YES
- Productive day at work -- YES
- Exercise -- YES
- Some reading / Veg time -- up next...
Love this post....THANKS again, Paige.
