Good morning!  Trying to be positive but going to be a long 12 hour day for me... but I have next week off so I just have to make it until Friday!!!  How much time do you get off work for Thanksgiving?  Vacation time is about the only perk of working in education!!!

Okay so on with my plan....

L: Ham and Bean soup
D: Tilapia/veggie
Snacks: 100 cal snack, FF pudding

I get all of next week off too, and can not wait...just needing some really good down time!!

Yesterday was just a weird day eating for me; nothing went as planned due to an unplanned meeting....ugh...but did my best.  My plan today is....

Breakfast-Oatmeal w/milk
Lunch-Yogurt with granola and some fruit
Dinner-parm chicken, veggies, and a side dish...not sure which on it. 
Snack-Fiber Plus bar, popcorn mini bag.

I wish we got off all next week but we don't.  I am taking off this Friday so maybe that will make up a bit.  It's never too bad just working Monday and Tuesday next week.

My plan for today:
protein coffee
1/4 of fiber muffin
fresh spinach with low carb tuna salad for lunch
leftover chicken and broccoli slaw stir fry for dinner
fiber muffin for snack (1/2)

 Good Morning All,

Started my day on the right foot.  Feeling good/healthy, connected w/ my HP, and I already had my exercise session.  Busy morning for Lisa, I know.  Either way...all is well, I'm ready and heading out the door for work.  

It's chilly this morning and ,Princess , doesn't want to go out.  I don't blame her.  I didn't want to go out either.

Today's Plan:
-Prayer & Meditation
- Vitamins
- Lots of water
- Healthy Food Choices/Planned eating
- Exercise
- Rest

Oh ya...vacation - I have next week off too.  Friday is my day and I can't wait, so I can definitely relate, Paige.

Good morning,

I only get Thanksgiving day off but I always use a vacation day and take the day after as well. 

My plan for today


B: Turkey, cheese and onion omelet, toast with sf jelly
L: Grilled Chicken Breast with pepper jack cheese, mixed veggies
D; Steak / mixed veggies / mashed potatoes
S:  100 cal snack, Laughing cow cheese wedge

4 bottles of water

Taking a break from planning this week. dropped another1/2 lb so want to try ignoring it and just eating when and what I feel like. trying to find something that likes me right now.

But you now I started my day w/yogurt and cheerios. Cant wait to finish the box and go back to those texturised (sp?) veg protein nuggets from central mkt, they are like grapenuts only huge protein for a cereal.

I've been super busy at work yet again.  I can't believe the semester is almost over!  I have A LOT to do.  EEK!  I had my weakness (taco bell) last night and it was so good.  I dreaded putting it on the dailyplate but it didn't turn out so bad. 
My Plan:
B- EAS carb control mint java chip thingie
L- eggplant parmesan lasagna thing
S- almonds/ new whey protein bullet
D- taco bell beef burrito or the rest of the eggplant parmesan lasagna thing
