PAIGE-love the quote! I have to go to some quick visits, 40 miles away, then be in the office for "training" form noon to 5pm....Just shoot me now...They will be serving "snacks", so plan to take my apple and Dr. Kracker with me during that time-will probably crunch so loud nobody will be able to hear the speaker monitor... 

B: Click..warm..done/green tea (steeping-drink it throughout day)

L: Chicken/'salad/strawberries/WF raspberry dsg (my fave meal)

S: Apple, Dr. Kracker squares

D: Beef patty/salad/orange/WF vinnegrette dsg

E: 30 minutes power walking/30 minutes core training

100 oz water/all my vitamins

Good morning!  Here's my plan for today:

Already took all my vits and supplements but calcium.

Exercise: putting out Christmas decorations and hope to get 15 minutes on bike on hard setting to work on leg strength plus some wt. lifting after work.

protein coffee
lt. SBUX drink (premade)
tuna on 3 crackers
chicken/broccoli slaw stir fry for dinner
cottage cheese or ricotta something for snack or eggbite

My plan today lots of fiber, to get things moving...

Breakfast-Oatmeal w/ milk
Lunch-Oatmeal w/milk
Snack-yogurt with fruit on top and a spoon of granola
Dinner-meatballs, veggie sauce and green beans
snack-fiber plus bar

Uping water intake today, yesterday I only got 28 oz of liquids in....not good

D: Tilapia with mixed veggies

Howdy yall!  I have been running all day it seems!  I finally have a minute to post but I am swamped with work.  Great quote Paige.  It's so true.  if I plan the night before and make my protien drinks as well as make my gym bag, I'm more on the ball the next day and feel better.
My  plan:
B- EAS carb control mint java chip thingie
L- honey lemon tilapia with broccoli & cauliflower in a gorgonzola sauce and a few bites of grilled chicken pasta salad (no mayo)
S- almonds/new whey protein bullet & crystal light
D- dunno..maybe lean cuisine or if I'm not here all night, i might make taco soup.
