This is the.. um, er, hmmmm Tuesday WLS Express!
Howdy everyone!
I promised Ms. Gina I would get on here more often so here I am! Been SWAMPED with my three girls' everyday comings and goings. Volunteering over 60 hours a month with Heather's Project Grad group. UGH. Don't wanna, buuut, no other parents are helping. Amazing how they think a huuuge party for the graduating class can happen with a handful of parents or they think it can be pulled together in a week. Uhhh, yeahhh, riiiiiight. So, I bake cookies, and cookies, and COOKIES. Thankfully they do nuttin' for me so I don't eat them. Those kids sometimes come into the room where we bake and just take in a huuuge wiff and look at us and say, "OMG, how do you not sit here and just eat them all"! EASY...the room would be spinning and I'd be sicker than a dog so I don't touch them! Heather got her license a week and a half ago so we let her drive her sister to school a couple days a week. Holy crap if THAT doesn't make you sick to your stomach watching them drive off. I think I sweated bullets waiting for them to call me to say they got there with no problems!
Once mommy gets the NEW car here in a month or so, they will drive my Suburban to school. I want them in a "tank" for now!
Sarah plays in her FIRST tennis tournament this weekend. She is SOOO looking forward to it. She's only 8 but they want her to go ahead and play. The starting age range is 10 and up but the coaches think she's just as good and sometimes better than some of their 10 year olds so I'll keep my fingers crossed that she can hold her own. It really just gets her used to that type of play compared to group practice. Middle daughter still in her walking boot after finding out she has a hairline fracture in her foot after a tennis match. She is SOOO sick of it. She goes back to the orthopedic doc on Thursday but since it is still hurting, I am thinking he'll keep her in that boot the two more weeks to make it to the six weeks.
Ok, time for me to get my rear in gear and get some errands done. Hope everyone has a fabulous day!
