Well, I got a slight dip from all the work in Arkansas and then bounced back up.  I saw 151 eariler in the week and 149.6 yesterday.  I am going to focus on more protein and water, less carbs this week to see if I can ratchet it back into the 140's where I am comfortable.

How did everyone else do?

Post here the GOOD , the BAD  and the UGLY .......

Another gain for me this week. Had a 4 day weekend and not on my normal eating routine.  I was down earlier this week but seen a gain on the scale last two days.  Was hoping this morning it would be back down but no such luck.  Focusing this week on getting it back off.

Revision Start Weight: 219
Last Week: 115.1
Today: 116.3

Yeah, I hear ya.  I want to keep a handle on it now before the holiday eating rolls around and presents other temptations.

I'm excited I made it to my birthday goal of being 218 by the 18th.  Woo hoo!  I am going to focus on eating healthy things despite the cold weather. (makes me want comfort food!) Next goal is being 210ish by christmas!

on hitting your birthday goal!

210ish sounds doable if you make good plans and stick to them.

CONGRATULATIONS!

thanks sarah!  I was happy about hitting my goal early.  posting on TMB and keeping a food log on dailyplate.com has really helped me.  everyone on here is so nice and supportive I know for a fact i'm doing better now than i was before.

Daily Plate is a great tool!  I used it nearly every day my first year until my weight stabilized and I was eating bascially the same foods every day.

If I start really struggling that is the first thing I will start doing again - log my food intake on Daily Plate.

I'm up a bit this week. It's either fluid from the jerky I ate all weekend, or the almonds finally added up! Just in case I hid them in the pantry....out in plain sight is just to easy to grab a handful as I go through the kitchen. Or it's just my body jerking me around!!!
