The weekend is winding down and another week is about to begin!  So it's time to be accountable for your day.... so how did you really do today??


Disclaimer: Please be honest with yourself here about how you really did! This is not a thread telling others how they should eat or passing judgments on others… but this is reality. Sometimes reality bites… we are all human and no matter how good our intentions may be at the beginning of the day. Life gets in the way and we all face temptations! It happens to everyone. So this journey is yours… own it, learn from it, and move on to the next day!!!

Good Evening Paige & TMB,

Had a GOOD Sunday.  Stuck to my plan like I was hoping too.  Simple/Relaxing day with lots of much needed rest.

Today's Plan was:
- Keep thing's simple - YES, with the exception of walking the dog at the park, I forced myself to stay in
- More effort on getting my water in (looks like i slack on the weekends) - YES, did better
- Healthy food choices/planned eating/sensible portions = YES 
- Exercise = YES, 2.25 Mile walk with, Princess 
- Pick & Make a recipes from Chef Dave's cookbook = Chose 2, but need to make a run to grocery store to pick up a few of my missing ingredients.

Did okay today. Was going to "flip flop" lunch and dinner...beef got stuck...heaved and carried on for a few hrs...had protein shake instead....getting ready to have freshly cooked chicken (thanks to Chef Corbin)...looking forward to a GREAT week! OH-and I finally ordered some PB2 from Amazon tonight-kept intending to try it...kept forgetting...saw it when I reordered my Click

I did pretty good today too-I stuck to my plan.

Breakfast-ham/bacon/cheese/onion omelet with 1/2 Western Alternative Bagel
Lunch:  few bites from Sam's club free samples
Dinner: Salad with low fat ranch, small slice of pumpkin pie (planned)
Snack: White chocolate/strawberry protein shake ice cream

WATER only til NOON (about 40 oz), then switched to Diet Coke

Today was a good day... stuck to my plan for the most part.

B: Protein shake   (check)
L: Ham and bean soup (check)
D:  Tilapia (check) and half a sweet potato (had a scoop of mashed potatoes and gravy instead)
Snacks: coconut bar
(will have later)

The plan was stuck to today!! And for dinner we ordered thin crust pizza 1/2 hawaian 1/2 pepperoni lover!! Nom, nom, n0om!! We shall see how it works. Been jonesing for it!!

Did ok at the wedding shower today but got off plan for dinner, too tired to cook so heated up leftovers.
 

B: Skipping for an early lunch (Yes)
L: El Fenix - Inside of a grilled chicken taco, sport nacho's, chips/salsa (Yes)
S: very small piece of cake, fruit, meat, cheese (Yes) plus same trail mix and sherbet punch
D: Tilapia and mixed veggies – heated up left over Hunan Beef with mixed veggie and  1/4c fried rice
S: left over fruit from shower (if there is any) 
planning to grapes later

Only on 2nd bottle of water.

B: carne guisada (meat) & veggies (YES)
L: protein shake (YES, I ADDED STRAWBERRY YOGURT TO VANILLA PROTEIN SHAKE AND IT WAS DELISH!)
S: yogurt (ADDED IT TO LUNCH)
D: probably Lasagna House and I will have some salad and carbonarra (HAD ALMOST TWO SALAD PLATE FULLS AND WAS SO STUFFED THAT I WAS ONLY ABLE TO TAKE A TASTER BITE OF MY CHICKEN FETTUCCINI ALFREDO)

2 slices healthy pumpkin bread from a tiny loaf (about 1/2 slice from regular size) w/ some lt. I can't believe it's not butter...not on plan
