I'm ready and off to work this morning. I hope it's a busy and productive day so that it flies by.

- Take all my vitamins
- Drink all my water
- Log Intake and Activity
- Healthy Food Choices/Planned Eating
- Exercise
- Sleep

GOOD MORNING DEAR !!
Today's plan:
B - protein shake w/1% milk (sample from conference) couldn't tell ya what the name of it was !! lol
Decaff coffee w/splenda and vanilla creamer..
Snack: carrot stalks.........pieces to chomp on if needed.
Lunch: 1 hamp patty w/seasoning and cheese w/ leftover stove top stuffing
Cantelope ??
snack: Cantelope ?
Dinner: Tilapia of some sort - garlic green beans??? YUMMY (Thanks Mel)...

- Current Weight: 263
- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.
- RNY: 10-16-07 = 338: Highest weight: 350+ Lowest Weight: 199
I was in such a hurry to post on other topics I forgot this one! Better late than never. I am giving a test so I can type and look around the room. Anywho we all know Monday is NOT a good day for me. Can't wait until the spring semester. The hubs was off today & it was great snuggle weather. B- EAS carb control mint java chip thingie
L- lean cuisine chicken & sun dried tomato (pretty good)
S- apple pie soy chips/ new whey protein bullet with crystal light
D- dunno...if nothing is made @ home, there is leftover chicken pot pie, lean cuisine, hummus, deli meat & wheat thins.
