November Accountability Monday

Good morning!!  Time to rise and shine and hit the day head on!  I’ll be in a meeting all day and they will be serving lunch.  Actually this is a two-day meeting.  The hardest part is going to be avoiding the snacks they put on the table!  Going to try and be proactive and take a few of my own snacks to munch on.

 

My plan….

B: protein drink

L: Mexican food I think

D: Tilapia

Snacks: Happy Holly Bar, 100 cal snack

Good morning! Looking forward to a great week..hope I can keep my positive momentum going--esp Thursday, when they insist on having another damn pot luck at work....sigh...I will be strong..it's only food...I will be strong..it's only food...I will be stro....

E: Will walk till my back starts hurting-hope foe min 3 miles

WF = Walden Farms
dsg = dressing

they make fabulous sugar free, fat free, gluten free, calorie free, everything free...they are just flavor and really good. they also make chocolate sauce, marshmallow dip and caramel dip that are sf,ff,gf,cf, etc...

On soft foods and fluids today! Belly did not like pizza, and it is stll grumbling this morning! Plan for today:

D-Meatballs with parm cheese and garlic seasoned green beans
Snacks-fruit, and soy chips

I will be walking today after work as my 30 minutes of me time, then I get to read another chapter of Connies book Eat It Up

Good morning...here's my plan for today

protein coffee
eggface eggbite
low carb tuna salad for lunch w/ 2 crackers
leftover chicken/butternut squash stuff from yesterday for dinner
snack: ricotta cheese or cottage cheese something

Took my vits and supplements other than calcium

Exercise: Zumba after work

Good morning, back to work today after my 4 day weekend which means back to my normal eating routine which I need as I am sure I have a little gain after two long weekends back to back.

My plan for today

Track calories and weight and measure food

B: Ham, cheese, onion omelet topped with salsa, toast with SF jelly
L: Grilled Chicken Breast, Grapes
D: Steak, mixed veggie, 1/4 c of mashed potatoes
S: Grapes, 100  200 Cal snack

4 Bottle of water
