Yeah Monday is almost over and the we are one day closer to the weekend (but I'm not counting)!!  So it's that time to of the day to spill the beans and tell how you really did today!!



Disclaimer: Please be honest with yourself here about how you really did! This is not a thread telling others how they should eat or passing judgments on others… but this is reality. Sometimes reality bites… we are all human and no matter how good our intentions may be at the beginning of the day. Life gets in the way and we all face temptations! It happens to everyone. So this journey is yours… own it, learn from it, and move on to the next day!!!

My day was total disaster.  Emotional eating got the best of me, today.  I'm frustrated with my self and very very sad.

Had plans to go to The Y, but I find that I'm isolating.  

I think I'm my own worst enemy.  I'm my own bully.

protein coffee.....Yes
eggface eggbite...Yes
low carb tuna salad for lunch w/ 2 crackers...yes...with 3 crackers
leftover chicken/butternut squash stuff from yesterday for dinner...yes
snack: ricotta cheese or cottage cheese something...will do a little cottage cheese and small piece of healthy pumpkin bread

Took my vits and supplements other than calcium...done including calcium

Exercise: Zumba after work....Yes

Sorry you had such a bad day Lisa.  I think we are always our own worst enemy... hoping tomorrow is better for you!!


Okay my day was spent in a meeting all day...( the snack basket in the middle of the table was not my friend today)

B: protein shake ( nope had a small bag of chex mix)
L: Mexican food: 2 bites of chicken fajita (no tortilla) 3 bites of pinto beans and 5 chips with cheese
D: parm tilapia and half a sweet potato
Snacks: 2 mini size bags of M&M's, 1 bite sized almond joy

Did ok but should have had more. Will eat 2x tonight.

Done good today B: Ham, cheese, onion omelet topped with salsa, toast with SF jelly
L: Tilapia with 5 spears of asparagus instead   S: ½ serving of light chips – 1 grape D: Grilled chicken breast with ½ slice of pepper jack cheese, mixed veggie, 1/4 c of mashed potatoes  
NLS: Will be something around 200 calories   Working on 3rd bottle of water
