Here's my plan and what I've had...not my best day so far!

protein coffee
sf McD's iced vanilla coffee
1 bag soy chips
lean gr. beef patty and ch. cheese on bagel thin

plan on couscou/veggie mix with chicken or shrimp for dinner

I am still going to post even though it's monday.  We had the godkids (ages 3 & 4) so I had absolutely NO time to post.  They are a handful!  Let's see if I can remember what I ate yesterday...

B: egg whites and turkey sausage with FF cheese & salsa
L: salad with ranch, a few bites of corned beef swiss cheese and potatoe
D: still full from lunch so I had about 6 wheat thins
