November Accountability Sunday
Good morning! I am up earlier then I would like to be... just can't ever manage to sleep late! My internal alarm clock goes off at about 4:30 every morning! Not much planned today other then going to the gym and getting in my 5 miles.
Plan:
B: Protein shake
L: Ham and bean soup
D: Tilapia and half a sweet potato
Snacks: coconut bar
So what's your plan for today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

I don't have too much of a plan so to speak - but I do have an idea of what I might do....thats all.
B - not sure yet......
Lunch: Salad ham and cheese w/ranch dressing - leftovers from yesterday....
D: I'm thinking Tilapia and sweet potato

I been up for hours, which just hacks me off lol. however, i did take the huskies for a walk already, does that count for anything?
plan for today.... well i had protein coffee already before walk
am now sipping carribean cooler protein drink and making grocery list coz i need to go to *shudder* wal mart.
So far, thats my plan.... i love tilapia so may pick up some of that and just make sure que has benadryl on hand when i cook it lol

Looks like none of us could sleep in despite our best efforts. I guess it's good to know I'm not the only one up at at the computer.

Today's Plan:
- Keep thing's simple
- More effort on getting my water in (looks like i slack on the weekends)
- Healthy food choices/planned eating/sensible portions
- Exercise
- Pick & Make a recipe from Chef Dave's cookbook
Today is a "start-over" day for me, after yesterdays food disaster of a day. Here's to persistence overcoming resistance & ODAT!!

Have a busy day today, going to Sunday School then Target to get refreshments for wedding shower. We have the community center rented to have to set up before and clean up after so that will be my excercise for the day.

B; Skipping for an early lunch
L: El Fenix - Inside of a grilled chicken taco, sport nacho's, chips/salsa
S: very small piece of cake, fruit, meat, cheese
D: Tilapia and mixed veggies
S: left over fruit from shower (if there is any)

Dinner-Pot Roast with veggies and mashed tators
I am going to have to make some Ham and bean soup....thinking about maybe having that for Thanksgiving since we will be staying home this Holiday!!
