Good morning!!!  Well my quiet weekend has turned into a busy one!  Found out yesterday that my 9 year old is going to be in a local movie today so we had to find her an outfit to wear.  What in the world is an at home party dress?  They want her to look 9 going on 9 and not 9 going on 18!!!  Not sure if this director is aware of the styles today!!!!  Had a really hard time finding something... either they were all glittery holiday dresses or they looked like she was a teenager.  Finally found a black sweater dress that she will wear with anklets and her Mary Janes.  Hope that's good enough!   Anyway she is beyond excited!!!

Okay so my plan for today....
B: Protein drink
L: tilapia
D:  going to bunco tonight so I will be snacking on the goodies there!

Good morning! Today's "planning" is more challenging than usual, as I'm off "schedule". Having breakfast, at Cracker Barrel, with friends (all post ops, so we'll share), so breakfast will be my main meal today. I'm going to a huge craft show afterwards-lots of walking, but also lots of stopping/starting. My Pre-breakfast Click is in...green tea is steeping...will work very HARD toward NOT buying goodies at the craft fair-there are always scads of them...will accept the help of my friends to keep me strong....Will take water bottle with me and one of those Go-tein packets. Will eat dinner of protein and veggies. Sorry for the "running on" paragraph, but when I'd try to indent I couldn't get my font back and it was too tiny to see. Have a healthy day!!

Good morning!

Here's my plan and it's not my best because I don't know where I'll eat dinner yet and it will likely include some carbs...I'm not gonna lie.
I've been a good girl this week.

protein coffee...downed
lunch: meatloaf and some edamame
dinner: ? eating out in Beaumont
ballgame: popcorn if they have some...at least it's roughage
snack: maybe a piece of healthy pumpkin bread

Exercise: gonna go for 6 miles at park in a bit plus cleaning floors when I get home before heading to Bmt.

I've been MIA due to my job, traveling and long hours.  So I'm back in the saddle today.  But leave for our national sales meeting in Orlando...for a week!  I have some friends who have lost weight recently so we'll help each other out.

Good Morning Ladies,

Tired my very best to sleep in a little this morning.  Could not get past 8am.  Still a pretty good morning in the Martinez household, after all, I'm still in my PJs w/ my laptop and the remote.  ((oh...so...nice...)

I hope to not do to much this weekend.  All I really want to do is clean house and stay in.  If all goes well, I can pull it off.

Good morning!  I was up @ 830 b/c the hubs had to go to work.  I'm posting on TMB before I go work out and go to my godchild's 5th birthday party @ sweet and sassy.  The shopping excursion went well.  Got a few pieces and an outfit.  I am also going to continue shopping and attempt to grade papers.  The end of the semester is approaching fast and I have a huge stack to take care of.  (EEEK!)

My Plan:
B- yogurt with museli
L- dunno.. prolly new whey protein shot with crystal light
S- almonds or
D- dunno maybe lean cuisine

W- getting ready to go to gym for 30 mins on gazelle and 30 mins on weights then off to the party.  Stay warm out there!

I don't have much of a plan today I will mostly be eating out for all my meals today. Plan to make better choices for lunch and dinner
