Sorry for getting this started so late tonight... had to work late! So how did everyone really do today sticking to your plan??

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
B oatmeal with protien powder - YES
L left over ck breat slices and a string cheese 2 multi grain crackers (I need to cook this weekend for sure!) - YES
D fresh caught read fish baked and mixed veggies - switched to tilapia as I forgot I was a chaperone at em's choir lock in
S protein drink; soy chips if needed for munchies - had the soy chips and a hand full of grapes....did nto get in the shake
plan to make it home early enough to get on the treadmill - glad I did this in the am since i got home late!

Egg face egg bite NO...forgot it at home...had Atkins shake instead
Sloppy Joe meat for lunch YES...with 1 string cheese added
Tilapia or flounder for dinner w/ a few baked sw. potato fries YES
snack: ricotta w/ choc. mousse sf pudding mixed in YES
Plus 1 McD's sf vanilla iced coffee...not on plan but friend brought it to me as a surprise...at least it wasn't French Fries or something!
exercise: several mile walk/run at the park...started raining...I rode my bike at home on a hard setting for 30 minutes and then climbed in the attic 2 times for my niece and moved heavy tubs around.
