TGIF!!!!!  After two 12 hour work days I'm looking forward to the weekend!  Anyone have big plans this weekend?

I have bunco tomorrow night but other then that not much planned (which is a good thing)!


My plan for today:

B: protein shake
L: 15 bean and ham soup
D: Tilapia
Snacks:  Happy Holly bar, swiss miss bar

So what's your plan today?  Remember the choice is your so make it a good one!

Good morning.  Cleaning house a little after work and the rest in the morning...that makes for an exciting weekend, but it is needed.  Going to our playoff football game in Beaumont later tomorrow.

My plan for today:

protein coffee...already downed
100+ oz.liquids
chili with a few Fritos and cheese...fundraiser at school for lunch
steak and veg. (probably salad) for dinner
snack: not sure...will do protein

Happy Friday ladies!!  Hubs is out of town hunting so I'll probably chill at the house and do some needed chores.  Might go in to work tomorrow and play catch up with paperwork.

L: going out for lunch- probably will do a chicken salad
D: leftover baked chicken since hubs is out of town hunting

Good morning! Sorry for not being here yesterday-simply ran out of time. Another busy day today, but lunch already packed, so that helps

D: Having dinner "somewhere healthy" with GAYE

E: today is "off" day

Good morning,

Having a shower for my niece this weekend so that should keep me busy.

Will be eating out for lunch and dinner so will need to be careful of mindless eating.

My plan for today:

B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast w/sf jelly
L: With sister so will split something 
D: Normally Mexican food on Friday nights so mostly fajitas -
S: ??????????

Plans for the weekend: REST & RELAXATION.  I feeling a bit beat up from this work week and I need down time.

- Prayer & Meditation
- Vitamins
- Lots and Lots of water
- Healthy Food choices & planned eating
- Exercise - Zumba, I think...
- A movie w/ Mike

GOOD MORNING....

Today's plan is:

B:   Atkins shake...........breakfast burrito  later in morning.....

Snacking on Friday popcorn.....NOT A GOOD THING.!!    I'm on a team and this week is our week - I have clean up duty - so I'll take left over popcorn to 2nd job for others there....:)
I haven't had popcorn in about 3 weeks........:)  
L - whenever I get hungry - will be either  asparagus and baked chicken tenderloins or:
     Leftover tilapia.....my co-workers are laughing at me cuz I've had this everyday this week...

Sn:  - I have no idea if I want one....

Dinner -  Baked chicken and /or aspargus - depending on what I didn't have for lunch !! lol

My Friday was Ka-razy!  It all started Thursday night when my friend called and said her mom was going to the ER b/c of chest pains.  She asked if I could come and pick up the godkids (ages 3 and 4) so we had them for the night.  (Interesting) so my plan for friday went as follows:

B- yogurt with muesli
S- water/oj
L- sour cream chicken enchiladas with black beans
D- sliced brisket with FF cheese on a deli flat

W- went shopping for winter clothes and stuff for my christmas trip.
