I have bunco tomorrow night but other then that not much planned (which is a good thing)!
My plan for today:
B: protein shake
L: 15 bean and ham soup
D: Tilapia
Snacks: Happy Holly bar, swiss miss bar

100+ oz.liquids
chili with a few Fritos and cheese...fundraiser at school for lunch
steak and veg. (probably salad) for dinner
snack: not sure...will do protein

Happy Friday ladies!! Hubs is out of town hunting so I'll probably chill at the house and do some needed chores. Might go in to work tomorrow and play catch up with paperwork.

Good morning! Sorry for not being here yesterday-simply ran out of time. Another busy day today, but lunch already packed, so that helps

Having a shower for my niece this weekend so that should keep me busy.

D: Normally Mexican food on Friday nights so mostly fajitas -

Today's plan is:
B: Atkins shake...........breakfast burrito later in morning.....
Snacking on Friday popcorn.....NOT A GOOD THING.!! I'm on a team and this week is our week - I have clean up duty - so I'll take left over popcorn to 2nd job for others there....:)
I haven't had popcorn in about 3 weeks........:)
L - whenever I get hungry - will be either asparagus and baked chicken tenderloins or:
Leftover tilapia.....my co-workers are laughing at me cuz I've had this everyday this week...
Sn: - I have no idea if I want one....
Dinner - Baked chicken and /or aspargus - depending on what I didn't have for lunch !! lol
