November Accountability Thursday

Good Morning!  It's going to be a long day here because it's my Friday @ the office.  I'm grading papers and doing check offs and getting ready for my lab @ 1.  Got my hair cut and dyed yesterday so I'm close to my natural color for fall.  I'll bring the light brown/blonde back out for the spring/summer.  Here's my plan!

B- EAS carb control mint java chip thingie
L- sour cream chicken enchiladas with black beans
S- soy chips or almonds/ new whey bullet with crystal light
D- eek i dunno.  i'll think of something.  i have lean cuisines,veggie burgers, deli meats and hummus so I won't starve.

W- did 30 mins on gazelle and 30 mins on weights.  Wanted to do cardio step or body pump but cardio step is @ 0630 and the body pump class is always full.

Stress, Life and Food are not my friends latetly, but you know what they say...  Fall off the horse and need to get back on...

Sooooo, today not so great, but I'll own it and work to make tomorrow a better day:

B-Oatmeal
S-Bananna
L-Leftover PeiWei...  High calorie :(
D-Baked Chicken & Veggies (or fish, won't know til I get home tonight)

I'll try to log in and post more regular - this is the first time I've taken a lunch on a workday in months!
