Good morning!  Going to be an extra long 12 hour work day for me!! Not looking forward to it at all!  I tend to snack when I'm stressed or bored.  And both will probably apply to me today!!!!


My Plan for today....
B: Believe RTD
L: 15 bean and ham soup
D: Tilapia
Snack:  Tapioca pudding, Happy Holly bar

Parent conferences today and early release for the students..so another busy busy day at work but actually looking forward to it....

Breakfast-Akins Protein Shake
Lunch-1 Italian Penwheel, fruit & veggies
Snack-Fiber One Bar
Dinner-Meat balls & Salad

Good morning.  Here's my plan for today:

protein coffee already downed
Egg face egg bite
Sloppy Joe meat for lunch
Tilapia or flounder for dinner w/ a few baked sw. potato fries
snack: ricotta w/ choc. mousse sf pudding mixed in

exercise: several mile walk/run at the park

got all vits/supplements in except calcium.  I take those when I get home from work.

Good Morning Paige!

Being busy at work has been a good thing for me. I am running a lot between one of my units on the first floor and other are one 3, 4 and 7 and I am taking the stairs! So that is something.....but I am not hungry so that is goood!

plan for today
B oatmeal with protien powder
L left over ck breat slices and a string cheese 2 multi grain crakders (I need to cook this weekend for sure!)
D fresh caught read fish baked and mixed veggies
S protein drink; soy chips if needed for munchies

plan to make it home early enough to get on the treadmill

Good Morning Ladies,

Paige, as busy as you are, you deserve a big HUG for making time to put these accountability post on here daily.  THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I woke up early today and made to my Power Pump class at The Y, this morning.  Rose, our trainer, really gave me a run for my money.  I know I'll be feeling this work out for a few days.  Nonetheless, it was a nice change to my regular routine and I find myself enjoying it more and more.

So....today's plan is:
- Prayer & Meditation
- Vitamins
- Focus on water intake
- Healthy food choices/Planned eating
- Log food & activity
- Walk @ Memorial park this pm
- Cuddle time w/ hubby

tummy still tentative,get to go in late today so snoozing in the recliner:

sheerios/2% milk
have 2protein bars packed
lunch meat and cheese
protein drinks
banana
peanut butter
not sure on dinner

BTW...great visit to PCP yesterday hegave me several topical, non narcotic, nonaddictive pain relief gels to try one a week, and patches for my abdomen pain. First topical tried worked well last night, stopped my charlie horses in their tracks an neck was much brtter about 5-10 min later!

go out and make it a great day or fake it! Today I'm faking it!!

Sitting here on a conference call.  They are bickering back and forth so here is my plan:

B  skinny hazelnut latte
l  Tuna salad with lettuce salad
s  haven't a clue forgot to bring anything
d  not sure yet until dd tells me what she laid out.

Good Morning everyone !!

My plan for today is:

B - Grandy Sc eggs and bacon

snack  -  a few almonds...

Decaff Coffee through the day........

Lunch:    1 piece of leftover tilapia left....Guess I"ll savor this one !!  lol

Dinner:  I get to be at home tonight  -  I hope or plan to maybe cook some chicken of some sort
                spinach w/egg in it..........

Snack:   Laundry and house chores so that I don't have to do much this weekend !!  lol

Excercise :  See above !!  Laundry - various house chores.......for now...
