Okay it's Friday and time for everyone to be accountable for the choices you made today!  So how did you do?

protein coffee... Yes
100+ oz.liquids...Yes
chili with a few Fritos and cheese...Yes
steak and veg. (probably salad) for dinner...Yes
snack: made some healthy pumpkin bread and had some with lt. I can't believe it's not butter. Not high protein but sure was tasty!

exercise was dusting the house and cleaning the bathrooms after work

I had too many carbs at lunch and paid for it. You would think after too much fried foods at lunch yesterday I would learn my lesson but apparently not.
  B: Skipped breakfast L: Bowl of Potato cheese soup with bacon bits, ¼ of a ham cheese bacon sandwich, roll with butter S: Jaw breakers

D: 1 ½ slices of Pizza

LNS: Not sure yet

On 2nd bottle of water

Ok, here's how I really did...

B: protein shake (yes)
S: 1 chicken jerky (no, hubby took all the beef jerky with him :( Had a yogurt instead)
L: going out for lunch- probably will do a chicken salad (Wendy's Chili)
D: leftover baked chicken since hubs is out of town hunting(had a margarita instead :) Met a girlfriend at Coach's for a drink after work)
 
(5 lbs lost during pre op diet)     5' 3"

Did fine today-dinner with GAYE turned out to be steak and shrimp..yummo--with plenty left over to bring home for Corbin's dinner

I didn't get online this morning to check in but I stuck to the plan until dinner tonight.

Pre-B and B...Chai Tea, cottage cheese/strawberries
L....grilled cheese and chicken sandwich made with one slice of P-28 bread. I couldn't fini****!
S....1/2 honey crisp apple
D....2 pcs. fried catfish, grilled veggies, cole slaw

We went to Friendswood to one of the HEB stors we like for groceries. While on that side of town we went by our favorite fish place for dinner. I had every intention of getting my regular grilled redfish but I heard my mouth ordering fried catfish instead! I was really good and satisfied that urge...AND it fit into my numbers for the day.
