Mine is clothes related, too. I bought size 13-14 Q-Baby jeans for the conference and they got baggy on me. I picked up a couple of size medium shirts off Walmarts clearance rack last night.

My woo hoo for Wednesday... Saturday when I was able to conquer the fear that I had of getting on that runway... I was nervous as nervous could be but having my special man there to cheer me on (as well as all the friends around) made it a heck of a lot easier to walk that walk.  I realized then that when someone tells me they are proud of me that they really are... and that gives me strength.  The strength I have is within me.

Congrats to everyone on their WOO HOO's!!! You all deserve it!

Ok, I am late to this party but I was racking my brain yesterday and couldn't think of a single WOO HOO to post, dammit!  At least something "new" to me - every day I can bend over and still breathe is a woo hoo for me.

Then I thought of a new one.  Yesterday I had to get up at 5 am to be at work early to let in the folks doing a health screening at work that I organized.  My husband Kyle usually gets up before me to make coffee and take care of the morning chores (cats, newspaper, etc).

I didn't want to wake him so I dressed in the closet with the door shut.  When it came to my socks I just picked up one foot, balanced on one leg and slipped the sock on.  I think this is the first time I have put on socks without sitting down in YEARS!

This is an interesting woohoo....

as most of you know I am now 30 weeks pregnant and showing every pound of it. I pulled a shirt out of my closet the other day that I had owned prior to WLS. I saved the shirt because it was tight back then and I figured I could shrink into it someday. Anyways...I put the shirt on...belly and all and its big on me. I am smaller in my stomach area at almost full term pregnancy then I was before WLS. Who would have thought?!?
