Ended the day at 1208 calories 67g protein and 88oz of liquid.

B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast with sf jelly
L: Went out for lunch, inside of grilled chicken taco and 1/3 of the flour tortilla, chips, salsa, 3 nachos and 2 TBL of guacamole
S Banana, 1oz of light potato chips
D: 2.5 oz of steak, 1/4c of mashed potatoes, 1/4c of mixed veggies
On the 3rd bottle of water and will have a LNS between 100 - 200 calories

Ok, so here's how I really did..
B:protein shake (skipped this, had fruit after our wellness fair)
S: mixed fruit off fruit tray at work (had a cup of orange juice)
L: 1/2 soy burger (yep)
S: 1/2 soy burger (yep)
D: going to the Cyfair mtng tonight so I might pick up a Smoothie King protein shake( had my protein shake from breakfast instead)
B: Protien Shake and Coffee (check)
S: Crossiant with Egg, Cheese, Ham and Bacon
L: Cup of Chili with Crackers and Diet Coke
D: Grilled Mandarin Chicken, String Beans and Chow Mein
Diet Sobe Cranberry Grapefruit
S: Greek yogurt and Kashi
I ate way more than I planned but did good getting in all my protien. I just didn't drink an ounce of water... tomorrow I am going to try harder. Oh, but I got all my vitamins in. YAY!
B: 2 boiled eggs, skinny latte
S: baby carrots and a few slugs of water
That's it. I let my job dictate my health today. That's a bad decision. I'll do better tomorrow.

Not such a bad day...had to dig deep to say on track today, but I did.
Today's Plan was:
- Prayer & Meditation -- YES, several sessions
- Make that DARN Call -- YES, didn't go my way, but at least, I made the call
- Healthy/ Planned Eating -- YES
- Vitamins - YES
- Lots of Water - YES
- Exercise- YES, but a bit light due to time restraints - 30 min. treadmill @ home
- Track Intake & Activity - YES, OH health tracker
- Sleep - UP NEXT...

Am getting in the rest of my water while sitting here waiting for my brother to get in from Ohio. It's going to be a challenge to eat right with him around but maybe I can get him started on healthy!
